Marie-José Fleury

She shares her knowledge of the institutional stakeholders and provides the key to understanding the decision-making process, at both national and European levels.

As a chargée d’affaires and project leader, she has acquired a great experience in European issues/practices.
- legislative and regulatory focussed monitoring;
- systematic analysis of legislative and regulatory texts and of European policy as a whole;
- clarification of issues (analysis of the economic, social and political environment);
- development of specific economic and social strategies;
- management of cross-border projects (from development to evaluation, search for funding sources, development of public/private partnerships, networking);
- evaluation and comparative analysis of the social and economic status of Member States and of the policies they implement.
 

She envisages a European-wide strategy of change management.
She practices and increases constantly her expertise : legislative and regulatory focussed monitoring, analysis of complicated problematics, elaboration of original answers.
Her know-how also extends to projects management and partnerships.
Expertise acquired both in the public sector (CERC – Council for Employment, Income and Social cohesion); Regional Council of Nord-Pas-de-Calais)
and in the private sector (RACINE – Network for the Support and the promotion of European training programs – association gouverned by the French 1901 law; GIE Belleville, a national joint-trade organisation ).
